Team Outlook:

The 2018-19 Detroit Pistons find themselves in a very interesting position. The Pistons decided to move on to new leadership this year by replacing Stan Van Gundy and the lead executive Jeff Bower this off-season. The Pistons were lucky enough to tab 2018 NBA Coach of the Year Dwane Casey as the next man to lead the team.

Casey comes in with the luxury of having one of the best front-court tandems in the entire NBA in Andre Drummond and Blake Griffin. With Drummond being the NBA’s premier rebounder and Griffin being one of the NBA’s most physically gifted power forwards, forces Dwayne Casey to have to put together his ship in Detroit faster than most retooling situations.

The key to Pistons success will come from who will be getting the ball to Blake Griffin and Andre Drummond.
