The Jazz might be the second-best team in the West

Through two games, and even with a 1-1 record, the Utah Jazz look good. Really good. Coming into this season, the big questions about this team revolved around health and their offense. We know this team is going to be mightily stingy on the defensive end.

Offense is where this team often lacks. However, through two games, that doesn’t appear to be the case. They currently have one of the NBA’s most explosive offenses, scoring 123 points in back-to-back games (one, against the Warriors) to open the season.

Donovan Mitchell is struggling out of the gate with his shot, but he’s the type of talent that you trust to find his rhythm at some point in the next few weeks. The Jazz might finally be ready to make a serious push in the Western Conference.
