Milwaukee Bucks

Through the first week of the season, it’s pretty clear that the addition of Mike Budenholzer as the team’s new head coach is pay dividends for the Milwaukee Bucks. Milwaukee is off to a fast start, and are 2-0.

But their offensive transformation has been interesting to watch. The team is attempt 40 3-point attempts per game. If that trend continues, it’s nearly 16 more deep shots per game compared to what this team averaged last season. And they’re shooting 38 percent as a team this season, compared to 35 percent last year.

They also have the league’s 11th best offense and 6th best defense. Not to mention that Giannis Antetokounmpo appears to have taken another step in his progression, which should be scary for opposing teams. Giannis is averaging 26 points, 17 rebounds and seven assists per game so far this season.

The Bucks are absolutely hitting on all cylinders at the moment.
