Is Toronto the best in the East?

Perhaps we underestimated the impact of one Kawhi Leonard. But it’s not fair to throw the entire blame on us, after all this is a player that was coming off a season in which he only appeared in nine games.

You couldn’t help but question his healthy after he was traded to the Toronto Raptors. So far this season, he’s been spectacular with his new team. And so have the Raptors as a whole, dominating Eastern Conference teams to start the season. Toronto is 4-0 with win already against the Celtics, who many had penciled in as the best team in the East.

The Raptors have a look of a team with no real weaknesses and the statistics back that up. Toronto has a top 10 offense and defense, and has the third best net rating in the NBA. The Raptors are real, and it’s time we start acting like it.
