29. Phoenix Suns (2-10)

The Phoenix Suns have continued to struggle through the first month of the NBA season, and it’s still been somewhat confusing. This team has way too much talent to be sitting four weeks in the the NBA season with only two wins.

As they continue to figure out the logistics, they can feel good about Devin Booker, who continues to improve and expand his game. He’s been a better playmaker this season, which is one of the areas that many questioned about his game when he entered the league.

Sooner or later, though, the Suns are going to have to make a jump. If not, there is going to be even more questions surrounding this team. As it is, there’s already a few whispers that are beginning to grow louder and louder.
