18. Charlotte Hornets (7-8)

The Charlotte Hornets continue to perform better than most expected, but they still don’t pose much of a threat in the overall scheme of the Eastern Conference and NBA. For some reason, though, that fact hasn’t moved management at all when it comes to shaking up this roster.

Kemba Walker is a great asset and has been explosive on the offensive end so far this season. Even though he’s no longer on the same insane pace at which he started the season at, he’s still be good. Really good.

Charlotte needs to come to its sense soon rather than later. This team might be good enough to make the playoffs, but this franchise should be aiming higher.
