27. Chicago Bulls (4-13)
Last week: 25
The Chicago Bulls are sometimes extremely frustrating. Then again, isn’t every young team? Zach LaVine has been a real success this year. After paying him that big contract over the summer, LaVine has been every bit worth it.
He’s proving with every week that he’s more than capable of being the face of the franchise. While we still don’t know if he can be a true No. 1 player, he’s certainly going to be a big piece of the puzzle moving forward.
Chicago is a team that is dangerous on any night, though. They can go up by 10-20 points on any team, as we saw this past week against the Bucks. Even though the Bulls ended up losing by quite a bit, that game was the perfect example of how up and down this team can be.
