26. New York Knicks (4-12)

Last week: 24

The New York Knicks are in a bit of a rut. They’ve lost four-straight and are coming off a heart-breaking loss at the hands of the Pelicans. The Knicks play so hard at times that it’s tough to see them blow games as they did against New Orleans.

New York largely still doesn’t have an identity, and that needs to change sooner rather than later. Whether this team is going to hang its hat on offense or defense needs to be figured out. Usually, a good team will have both.

For a team like the Knicks, one that isn’t expected to win many games this season, it would be great if they can have one of the two, at least. That simply hasn’t been the case this season. They’re equally as bad on the offensive and defensive sides of the ball.
