Zach LaVine living up to his contract, thus far

For this season, the Chicago Bulls have to be thankful that Zach LaVine is living up to his huge contract extension thus far in the year. Even though it’s certainly a small sample size, LaVine has been really good this season.

Through the first month of the season, LaVine has averaged 25 points, five rebounds and four assists on 43 percent shooting from the field. After only playing in a handful of games last season (after getting cleared from his ACL injury), there was a legit concern as to whether or not he would live up to his big contract extension.

So far this season, that answer is yes. A lot can still change, but through the first month of the season it appears that the Bulls made a great investment in LaVine.
