30. Atlanta Hawks (3-16)

We have a new worst team in the NBA in our power rankings! This certainly isn’t good for Atlanta Hawks fans (or maybe it is, depending on where you stand on wanting this team to tank this season), but I was getting quite tired of placing the Cavs in this spot for the first month of the season.

Atlanta has struggled mightily on offense this season, as they rank dead last in the league on that end of the floor. Trae Young, after a great first few weeks of the season, has struggled big time during the month of November.

In this month, Young is averaging 14 points per game on 36 percent shooting from the field and a poor 14 percent from 3-point range. The good news is that the assist numbers are still there – he’s averaging nearly nine per game during November.
