30. Chicago Bulls (7-23)

The Chicago Bulls are a complete mess. So much so that they’re reportedly shopping their high prized free agent signing from the offseason. Jabari Parker has fallen out of the team’s rotation and is now on the trade block.

He’s being actively shopped and it feels – and sounds – like he may have played his last game in a Bulls uniform. Time will tell and there are certainly more levels to it than just that, but the fact that this is all blowing up in this team’s face can’t be good.

This is looking more and more like a lost season for Chicago, one that will end with them making a pick in the top 3 of the 2019 NBA Draft. Which is good considering that it’s a deep and top heavy draft. Still, this is not a good look for a team that hoped to be big players in free agency during the summer.
