28. Atlanta Hawks (6-22)

Over the last few weeks, John Collins has been quite the interesting player for the Atlanta Hawks. Just in the month of December, Collins is averaging 22 points and 14 rebounds per game on 58 percent shooting from the field and 36 percent from 3-point range.

He’s an intriguing young player and despite Trae Young getting almost all the attention so far this season, Collins has been the best player on the roster since his return to the floor. The Hawks have a couple young building blocks, but this team is a long way from being real players in the Eastern Conference.

Atlanta is designed to hit on another top pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, and this team could be really fun to watch next season.
