30. Cleveland Cavaliers (8-25)

With just eight wins approaching the midway part of the 2018-19 NBA season, there are many questions that need to be answered about the Cleveland Cavaliers. Especially considering that they still haven’t pivoted to a complete rebuild.

Let’s remember, this team still has players like Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson still on the roster – not to mention J.R. Smith, who hopes to get moved soon. They still could flip each of those players possibly for assets.

When it comes to the Cavs, don’t expect them to win many games over the next few weeks, especially as their injuries have piled up quite a bit. They should be active sellers in the trade market, though. And it will get a lot worse before it gets better, unfortunately.
