16. Miami Heat (17-17)
Ever since they inserted Justise Winslow into the point guard position, the Miami Heat have looked like a different team. Since he’s started at the position, the Heat are 5-1. Over the last three games, Winslow is averaging 22 points, six rebounds and five assists.
During the month of December, the Heat is 9-3. This team appears to have turned a corner, and is currently sitting in the 7th spot of the Eastern Conference. Taking into account their schedule, it doesn’t look like this run is going to end anytime soon.
The team’s next four games are against teams under .500 and three of them will be played at home.
