28. Phoenix Suns (9-28)

Many have been waiting for the Phoenix Suns to breakout at any given moment. This team has the talent to be better than they’ve been, but there seems to be something missing, and I’m not sure anyone knows what it is.

Maybe it’s experience. Maybe it’s veteran guidance. Or perhaps it’s the right head coach. Whatever it is, it doesn’t seem to be in the locker room right now. Devin Booker is an absolute star, and would probably be a superstar if the Suns were winning more.

If the Suns land another top 5 pick, it’s going to be interesting to see what this team elects to do with it. Could they shop it for a star? Don’t be surprised.
