Memphis Grizzlies: Marc Gasol
Much like this franchise did with Pau Gasol more than a decade ago, this Memphis Grizzlies should do right by Marc Gasol and move him to a better situation. It would be the best for Gasol and the Grizzlies franchise overall.
Gasol has a player option for next season and who knows if he’s going to opt in or out, but he’s on the latter stage of his career and it would be great if he could play in meaningful basketball games again.
While the Grizzlies have had their bright spots this season, I don’t think anyone is fixing this team to be a contender in the Western Conference. The best days for the Grizzlies with this core is behind them. It’s time for them to realize that.
