Kevin Love, Cleveland Cavaliers

We haven’t seen Kevin Love on the hardwood since the first week of the season. He’s been sidelined due to injury for the last few months, and isn’t expected on the floor for the foreseeable future.

However, he’s the best asset that the Cleveland Cavaliers have on their roster and they have their eyes squarely on Zion Williamson. Should Love make a return at any point this season, he could ruin the entire plan for this season. What better way than to make both parties happy with a trade.

The Cavs could get a nice set of assets in exchange for Love, and Love could get his chance to playing meaningful basketball again this season. Even if Love is not 100 percent, all he has to do is pass a physical in order to make a trade work.

Moving Love makes a lot of sense. Even though many don’t believe it will happen at this year’s NBA Trade Deadline, there’a real chance that it could.
