30. New York Knicks (10-41)
Fresh of dealing Kristaps Porzingis to the Mavericks earlier this week, the New York Knicks check-in as the worst team in the NBA at the moment. They gutted their team in an attempt to take a big swing during the off-season in free agency.
New York moved Tim Hardaway Jr., Courtney Lee and Porzingis to Dallas for Dennis Smith Jr., Wesley Matthews, DeAndre Jordan and a couple first-round picks. Even though many were down on the trade initially, this is an absolute home-run of a deal if they can land one of the big names in free agency.
On top of that, the Knicks also have the inside track at one of the top three picks in the 2019 NBA Draft, including a probable one-in-three shot at landing Zion Williamson, who in his own right has all the looks of a generational talent.
