28. Cleveland Cavaliers (12-45)

The Cleveland Cavaliers are another team that many expected to be active in the days leading up to the NBA Trade Deadline. However, the Cavs didn’t do much of anything other than moving Rodney Hood.

They didn’t move J.R. Smith, Tristan Thompson or Kevin Love – all players that were reportedly on the block or possibly on the block. However, the Cavs decided to play the long game with these players and it may pay off in the long-term.

Expect the Cavs to be active at the NBA Draft in terms of possibly moving some of these contracts, including Love who is their best asset on the roster. The Cavs will be able to get a nice return for Love in a few weeks.
