27. Chicago Bulls (13-43)

The Chicago Bulls managed to trade Jabari Parker (and Bobby Portis, who probably they didn’t want to re-sign anyways) at the NBA Trade Deadline for Otto Porter Jr., who is a nice young player that will be able to grow with this team’s core.

With that said, there’s no question that the Bulls got better and it could hurt their pursuit of snagging a top 3 pick in the NBA Draft. It’s going to be interesting to see how the Bulls manage their rotation over the next few weeks. Also expect Robin Lopez to the buyout market in the next few weeks, as long as they can agree to an agreement.

Chicago is still relatively young and has a ton of potential. If they can push the right button at the NBA Draft, this is a team that can put it together and be a sneaky good team next season. But, again, it all comes down to making the right decisions. And, as is always the case with the Bulls, that’s never an easy thing to assume.
