13. Sacramento Kings (30-27)

Maybe I’me being a bit naive – and somewhat premature – here, but I’m jumping on the Sacramento Kings bandwagon. Heading into the NBA All-Star break, the Kings are sitting three games over .500 and just one game back of the final playoff spot in the Western Conference.

What’s really interesting is that the Kings don’t have that difficult of a schedule remaining after the break, and have a top 10 easiest schedule remaining. Couple that with the fact that they added Harrison Barnes at the NBA Trade Deadline, and it’s not that outlandish to believe that they could make a real push for the playoffs in the coming weeks and months.

Are you betting against this fun, young team? I’m not.
