27. Chicago Bulls (14-44)

I feel like it’s safe to say that this season has been a complete disaster for the Chicago Bulls. Even though they did well in somewhat saving it at the NBA Trade Deadline, by moving Bobby Portis and Jabari Parker to the Wizards for Otto Porter Jr.

The only real bright spot for the season has been the play of Zach LaVine, who is averaging career highs across the board after signing the big contract extension during the summer. But the Bulls have a ton of work to do in surrounding him with good talent.

It’s going to be interesting to see the route that Chicago elects to take this summer, as they’re one of the teams will some flexibility and will likely have a high draft pick heading into the draft.
