25. Memphis Grizzlies (23-36)

The Memphis Grizzlies have finally come around to embracing the complete rebuild that was clear needed to be made. They moved Marc Gasol at the NBA Trade Deadline, and will likely do the same for Mike Conley during the summer (probably at the NBA Draft).

Jaren Jackson Jr. appears to be a player for this team and will likely be one of the team’s key pieces as they begin their rebuild, but they still need to try a find that No. 1 piece. And short of being gifted a top 3 pick in this year’s draft, I’m not sure if they’ll have that in place heading towards next season.

Keep an eye on possibly a myriad of moves coming from the Grizzlies this summer. They could really use an all-out turnover.
