24. Washington Wizards (24-34)

The Washington Wizards are another team that have had a pretty terrible 2018-19 NBA season. This is a team that many expected to make the playoffs this year, but are currently behind the Magic in the East standings and three games back of the final playoff spot at the NBA All-Star break.

John Wall will be out a long time (probably 12 months, and might not even play next season) after rupturing his Achilles tendon, Bradley Beal may or may not request a trade this summer and they moved Otto Porter Jr. at the trade deadline for expiring contracts.

The Wizards are at a crossroads, and I’m honestly not sure if this team even knows what’s next for their franchise. One thing is for sure, nearly every team will be watching.
