28. Brooklyn Nets (via Denver) – Talen Horton-Tucker, G/F, Iowa State

Talen Horton-Tucker may not immediately jump off the screen when you watch him play at Iowa State, but he has the frame and production of a player that could really make a jump at the next level, even more so if he can stabilize his 3-point shooting.

Averaging 12 points and five rebounds per game, at 6-foot-4, Horton-Tucker is a player that will need some time to develop. There’s no real question about that. If placed in the right program, he could really turn into a contributing player.

The Nets could be that for him, as they have a number of young, talented players that have really progressed well.
