Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Los Angeles Clippers

While there are certainly other rookies that perhaps have been more productive, I believe what Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has done this season with the Los Angeles Clippers can’t be overlooked – even more so considering that he’s being productive on a good team.

That can’t be said by many other productive rookies this season. In fact, in terms of the top 10 most statistically productive rookies this season, SGA is the only one that will be playing in the post-season this year.

And the fact that he’s playing big minutes for the Clippers suggests just how impressive SGA has been this season. During the month of March, SGA is averaging 14 points, five assists and three rebounds on 51 percent shooting from the field and 58 percent from 3-point range in 30 minutes per contest.
