25. Dallas Mavericks (29-44)

The Dallas Mavericks are largely considered by many to have won the 2018 NBA Draft by selecting Luka Doncic, who has been sensational this season and will likely win the NBA’s Rookie of the Year award.

And their in-season trade for Kristaps Porzingis while also maintaining big cap space for the summer was a huge win for what this franchise wants to be in the next few seasons. With two unicorns on their roster now, it’s time for this team to put it all together next season.

The fact that the Mavs will also have a top 10 pick in this year’s NBA Draft is also somewhat unfair. The future is bright for the Mavs, and they’re one of the biggest dark horses this summer. Who wouldn’t want to join the team’s young core?
