10. Austin Rivers, Houston Rockets

Right, so, straight from the top this is obviously not the biggest name in the free agency pool this summer, but that’s what ranked lists are for.

Austin Rivers wasn’t anywhere near anybody’s radar when the year began, but then a move to the Houston Rockets seemed to revitalize his drive, and his love for the game. During his last season with the Los Angeles Clippers, Rivers averaged 15 points, four assists, and one steal per game on 42 percent shooting from the field and 37 percent shooting from 3-point range. This past season, in 47 games with the Rockets, Rivers recorded eight points and two assists per game in 28 minutes.

More of a system guy than anything, expect Rivers to re-sign with the Rockets, and continue his role as being a key player off the bench for the 2019-20 season.
