Sacramento Kings

Key additions: Trevor Ariza

Key subtractions: N/A

The Sacramento Kings had a low key offseason, with only second-round picks in the NBA Draft and really no big moves in free agency – with the exception of adding Trevor Ariza. They also managed to re-sign Harrison Barnes.

The Kings surprised many around the league last season and nearly made it to the playoffs. The hope is that their youth can continue to develop and that would be enough for this team to take another step this upcoming season.

I suppose the good news is that the Kings didn’t do anything dumb. Even though you may not agree with their signing of Barnes, it was a necessary evil.
