Will the Memphis Grizzlies’ youth catch up with them?

Over the last few weeks, the Memphis Grizzlies have been quite impressive. Memphis is 15-4 in their last 19 games and sports the second-best defense in the NBA and sixth-best Net Rating during that span. Question is, is that sustainable?

For such a young team, it’s probably unlikely. However, this team is really beginning to play their best basketball of the season. They’re currently holding on to the 8th seed in the West and are four games clear of the Blazers.

Can Ja Morant, Jaren Jackson Jr., and Dillon Brooks continue to lead this team to the promised land? It would be quite the story, and Taylor Jenkins would have to be included in the mix for the NBA’s Coach of the Year award, but that might be a tall task for this talented roster.
