Combined stats: 43 points, 12 rebounds, 11 assists

Towards the latter portion of the 2019-20 NBA season, the Toronto Raptors began to separate themselves as the second-best team in the Eastern Conference – something that no one could’ve predicted with a straight face before the start of the season, especially after the team lost Kawhi Leonard in free agency.

However, Pascal Siakam has finally arrived as a true star in the NBA and Kyle Lowry has continued to be one of the most underrated point guards in the NBA. Together, with the help of a strong supporting cast, they created one of the most feared teams in the Eastern Conference this season. It’s a shame that we might not get to see what this team could do come playoff time.

Siakam and Lowry might not be the first duo that comes to mind when thinking about some of the most dangerous tandems in the NBA, but they’ve certainly shown they could help lead and navigate a team through a conference.

Should the playoffs take place, all eyes will be on the Raptors. How far could they legitimately go without Kawhi? I hope we can find out.
