X-factor: Jonathan Isaac

As one of the biggest unknowns heading into the NBA Draft a couple of years ago, Jonathan Isaac quickly emerged as one of the biggest high-ceiling, high-risk prospects for the Orlando Magic when he was drafted. Even though he’s still rehabbing a knee injury, there’s still at least a chance he could return in the Orlando bubble.

That’s why he remains as the biggest potential x-factor for the Magic heading into the restart. Should he return, it would give this team an added punch that perhaps they wouldn’t have envisioned a couple of months ago.

During the season, Isaac was averaging 12 points and seven rebounds before the hiatus. Although, his potential continues to live through the roof. Based on that alone, if Isaac can get right health-wise, there’s hope that he could begin to blossom into that star that many projected him out to be when he entered the NBA Draft.
