10. Serge Ibaka, unrestricted

If Serge Ibaka was coming out in the 2020 NBA draft this season, you can make a case that he would be a slam dunk top 10 pick. That’s because, in today’s NBA, Ibaka’s ability and skill set is something that every team needs at the frontcourt position.

Ibaka is coming off a productive season with Toronto in which he averaged 15 points on 39 percent shooting from 3-point range. He wasn’t a full-time starter with the Raptors but played his way into one. He should be a starter for a team next season.

Ibaka can defend the rim, he can defend multiple positions, and he can hit a 3-point shot on a consistent basis.

As we saw in this year’s postseason, with Anthony Davis and Bam Adebayo, versatile defenders in the frontcourt are something that every team needs to be successful. It makes them even more dangerous when those versatile defenders can hit a 3-point shot on a consistent basis. Ibaka is a perfect stretch-big for today’s game.
