6. Montrezl Harrell, unrestricted

Montrezl Harrell is coming off a really good season with the LA Clippers in which he won the NBA’s Six Man of the Year. Even though he struggled to a certain extent in the playoffs and in the restart bubble with the Clippers, there’s no question that he’s going to get a big contract this summer.

Whether that’s with the Clippers or not remains to be seen but he’s emerged as a productive player off the bench for a playoff team. That will prove to be valuable on the open market. Harrell may not have the 3-point shot that many teams look for in a prototypical stretch big, but he’s a good rebounder a good rim protector, and his relentless on both ends of the floor.

His energy is contagious and something that every team needs coming off the bench. It would be a huge loss if the Clippers aren’t able to re-sign Harrell, but he would be a huge addition for any team that is able to get his services heading into the 2021 season.
