13. Evan Fournier, player option
Evan Fournier is coming off arguably the best season of his career with the Orlando Magic and will likely be a candidate to be re-signed by the team. He was one of the team’s most important players on the offensive side of the ball and enjoyed career highs in efficiency.
Fournier averaged 19 points and three assists on 47 percent shooting from the field and 40 percent shooting from 3-point range. He might not be able to carry any offense entirely on his own but would be a good second or third option for a team looking for some firepower on that end of the floor.
After the season he had, it will be interesting to see what Fournier elects to do with his player option. On the surface, you’d expect Fournier to get a nice fat deal on the open market, but there simply might not be a robust market this offseason.
