Brandon Ingram, restricted

Prediction five-year, $135 million with the New Orleans Pelicans

There’s no surprise with this one as I really don’t think there are going to be many other teams that can lure Brandon Ingram away from the New Orleans Pelicans. The Pelicans are reportedly set to offer Ingram a fat contract, and with him being a restricted free agent, they’ll have the ability to match any offer that he is given.

I think the Pelicans are well prepared to give Ingram whatever he wants and keep him in New Orleans for the long haul.

With a young core alongside Lonzo Ball and Zion Williamson, Ingram is the phenom that guides the group. After earning his first all-star nod this season, New Orleans will offer nothing less than top dollar to retain their young star.

With a fairly low team salary cap and new coach Stan Van Gundy set to take over, the future looks pretty bright in New Orleans and Ingram is the shining star guiding it.
