13. Utah Jazz

The Utah Jazz may have lost in the first round of the playoffs in the restart bubble, but there was plenty to like from a performance standpoint. The Jazz looked mighty dangerous even without one of its best offensive weapons (Bojan Bogdanovic) not participating with the Nuggets.

Donovan Mitchell signed a long-term contract extension and the team did well by re-signing Jordan Clarkson. They added depth by signing Derrick Favors, who recently enjoyed an extended stint with the team.

While this team has some interesting decisions awaiting them next offseason (whenever that ends up being), the Jazz will be a playoff team in 2020-21. If not, expect some major changes to take place during the offseason.
