Christmas wishlist: Getting back to basketball

After the mess that came about for the LA Clippers during the offseason, after blowing a 3-1 series lead in the Western Conference Semifinals against the Denver Nuggets in last year‘s playoff run, this is a team that needs some normalcy back in their life. They need to get back to basketball.

Whether that will come with new head coach Ty Lue or whether that will come with winning again, that’s what this team needs this Christmas. There have been reports about inner-issues between this locker room, specifically involving Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, but this team needs to get back to the basics and remember why this team was put together. To win championships.

The Clippers will be somewhat an underdog heading into this season, and it’s something that they need to take full advantage of. While all the attention is focused on the Lakers and a potential repeat, this would be an ideal spot for the Clippers to get back to basketball.
