Christmas wishlist: A return to the playoffs

Considering where the Washington Wizards have been over the last two seasons, there’s nothing more that this team should be hoping for this Christmas season than a huge bounce-back and a return to the postseason.

After trading John Wall for Russell Westbrook, the hope is that a Bradley Beal will be rejuvenated with the franchise and that this new duo will be enough to catapult this team up the standings in the Eastern Conference.

They have a nice supporting cast behind Beal and Westbrook and this team has a chance to be a playoff contender this season. That’s what this team should be hoping for this Christmas season, as they continue to try and build around Beal as the primary piece of the franchise.
