NBA prediction: Kevin Durant will win the NBA MVP

Coming off one of the most devastating injuries an NBA player could suffer, a torn Achilles, I believe that Kevin Durant will have a phenomenal bounce-back season and once again will take his place as one of the two best players in the NBA.

Durant will have such a great season that he’ll win the NBA MVP award this season. He’s going to catapult the Nets to the best record in the NBA, the top seed in the Eastern Conference, and will be a favorite to win the championship.

Assuming that he can do so, it’s going to be extremely tough to not give him the NBA MVP award this season. Kevin Durant is on a mission and could perhaps catapult himself above LeBron James as the best player in the NBA this season. LeBron is getting older and will eventually begin to fall off that throne.
