5. LA Clippers vs. Denver Nuggets (10:30 p.m. ET)

In a rematch of last year’s Western Conference semifinals between the Denver Nuggets and LA Clippers, the final game of Christmas night should offer some playoff-level basketball to close the day.

After the Nuggets opened their season with a loss in overtime to the Sacramento Kings, it’ll be interesting to see how this team recovers heading into their matchup with the Clippers. On the other hand, the Clippers are coming off a season-opening win over the defending champs. Will we see some load management in game 2, or will this team try to prove a point against a team in which they blew a 3-1 series lead in the playoffs?

Either way, with the star power of Jamal Murray, Nikola Jokic, Kawhi Leonard, and Paul George, this matchup should provide fans with enough intrigue and offensive firepower that a Christmas Day game warrants.
