22.  Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings have gotten off, predictably, to a rough start to the year and there have already been whispers that this team is in disarray. It’s difficult to see how this season will end for the Kings, and who will still be on the roster, but the Kings are still a franchise in need of direction.

I’m not sure if there’s a franchise player on this roster and whether this team would not benefit from a complete rebuild.

21. Cleveland Cavaliers

Heading into this season, not much was expected from the Cleveland Cavaliers. Though to start the season they’ve been better than impressive and perhaps more importantly, their young core has shown some real promise.

Collin Sexton is making the jump to stardom and is averaging 25 points and four assists per game on 53 percent shooting from the field and an astonishing 52 percent shooting from 3-point range.
