Are the Golden State Warriors a playoff team?
The Golden State Warriors have been up-and-down all season and will likely be in the mix for one of the final playoff spots in the Western Conference. But this team has been far from the contender status that we’re used to seeing Golden State in.
Stephen Curry has had his moments and has been good, but the Warriors have little more than just that. Kelly Oubre Jr. has been OK, Draymond Green continues to look like a shell of his former self, and James Wiseman is still growing.
Steve Kerr is doing the best he can and actually has done quite well, but even if this team makes the playoffs I have a hard time believing they’re going to make much noise once they get in. Steph needs help and I don’t think any is on the way. Not this season.
