30. Detroit Pistons

At this point, I’m not sure anyone would argue with the statement that the Detroit Pistons are the worst team in basketball. They don’t have a legit star franchise player and will likely be getting a top-three pick in the 2021 NBA draft.

They desperately need to find its next franchise player.

29. Minnesota Timberwolves

The Minnesota Timberwolves continue to struggle and will continue to do so as long as Karl-Anthony Towns is out of the lineup. Really, there’s no surprise that this team has one of the worst records in the NBA.

Without its best player, there’s really nothing that the Wolves can do about this extremely rough start to the season.
