22. Houston Rockets (via Portland) – Josh Giddey, G, Australia

The Houston Rockets need all the talent they could get and have a good strong piece as they begin their rebuild in Christian Wood. Still, this team needs to do well with the draft picks that they’ve assembled via the James Harden trade.

With their 22nd pick, one potential target could be Josh Giddey. He’s out of the NBL and could emerge as an interesting prospect as we grow closer and closer to the 2021 NBA Draft. He’ll have to raise his stock in the pre-draft process, but is one option.

Giddey is a 6-foot-8 player that could play the guard or even forward position in the NBA. He’s still growing and raw as a prospect. It’ll be interesting to see how he progresses in the early-draft process.
