15. Charlotte Hornets – Kai Jones, F, Texas

The Charlotte Hornets won big in last year’s NBA draft by hitting on LaMelo Ball. The hope is that they can continue their good karma in this year’s NBA draft with the No. 15 pick. Kai Jones is a player that fits what this team needs and also a player that has a high enough ceiling where he is worthy of such a selection.

Jones has great length and he’s a player that could immediately impact on the defensive end of the floor. He might not be an instant help on the offensive end but could continue to grow on that end of the floor in the future.

This team just needs to continue to compile talent and build around Ball. They’re certainly on the right track.
