In the latest edition of our NBA Mock Draft, Evan Mobley jumps to No. 1 and the Golden State Warriors get richer with a top 10 pick.

As the NBA Playoffs begin, half of the league prepares for the draft season. Teams are digging deep into the 2021 NBA Draft class as they will begin looking for the next slate of stars. In our latest edition of our mock, Evan Mobley makes a jump to the top, and, somehow, the Golden State Warriors get lucky (if they didn’t already need it) by getting Minnesota’s pick this year.

Here’s how it all went down:

1. Houston Rockets – Evan Mobley, C, USC

There’s a chance that Evan Mobley has the highest ceiling of the players in this draft class and there’s a chance he could rise up to No. 1 between now and the draft. The Houston Rockets would be trying to create the best frontcourt in the Western Conference, by adding Mobley to Christian Wood.

It would take a few years to pay dividends, but isn’t that the name of the NBA Draft game?
