15. RJ Barrett, 20, New York Knicks
RJ Barrett has been one of the most polarizing young players in the league, especially amongst New York Knicks fans. Though, he did show some real promise this season as he helped lead the Knicks back to the postseason in nearly a decade.
Even though Barrett was somewhat disappointing during his first real postseason appearance, he did have a strong regular season that suggested he was well on the right track in his development as a player.
Barrett averaged 18 points, six rebounds, and three assists on 44 percent shooting from the field and 40 percent shooting from 3-point range. His third season will be key. Will he make the jump to stardom?
