15. Washington Wizards – Kai Jones, F, Texas
The Washington Wizards are heading into the offseason with a bit of momentum. After making the playoffs after what appeared to be like a lost season, the Wizards will be looking to make improvements to the roster to try and fortify this team as a rising team in the Eastern Conference.
At No. 15, one potential fit in the NBA draft is Kai Jones, he’s a 6-foot-11 forward out of Texas. During his sophomore season at Texas, Jones averaged nine points and five rebounds per game. He also shot 58 percent from the field and 38 percent from 3-point range.
Jones is an interesting prospect to keep an on as he makes the transition to the NBA. If nothing else, his athleticism alone should allow him to be an interesting developmental project for Washington.
