20. Derrick Rose
Derrick Rose may no longer be a “marquee” free agent, but he is still a valuable player, and at least that much was evident during the New York Knicks’ playoff run this past season. Even though New York fell short in the first round against the Atlanta Hawks, Rose was arguably the most consistent and best offensive player in the series for the Knicks.
Even though that ended up being a bad thing for the Knicks overall, it does help show the value of Rose heading into free agency. He’s no longer a player that can be the lead engine for an offense but he can still be a strong supporting player for a really good team.

Rose’s market should be interesting and robust but I believe he’s going to make it a priority to try and find his way to a contender where he could possibly win his first NBA championship.
